A Year of Learning Success

Supporting our people has been a major focus throughout the year. Our management team completed the 10 Step Management Training course with Fact3 earlier in the year, and our involvement in the NatWest Mentor online programme has also helped the team strengthen their knowledge, gain new skills and deepen their understanding of key areas that support ongoing business growth.

Continued personal development remains a priority and we are delighted to see so many employees taking part in new training opportunities.

This year, J & A Kay also celebrated renewed success with our BSI accreditations, reaffirming our commitment to continuous improvement and the highest industry standards. Quality has always been central to who we are and earning ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO90001 reflects the hard work and dedication shown across every part of the business.

These accreditations recognise more than our processes. They highlight our commitment to safe working environments, responsible environmental practices and consistent product quality. Each standard plays an important role in how we operate and we are proud to see this recognised once again.

As we look ahead, these achievements give us a strong foundation for future progress. With a skilled team and robust accredited systems in place, we are ready to build on this momentum and continue delivering work our customers can trust.
