We know what works and are all too happy to offer advice and make suggestions regarding design.
This can be simple elements such as draft angles and radii, or more complicated aspects such as moving parts and temperature control.
We have the capability to produce simple ‘soft’ tooling in-house. This can be particularly useful when deadlines are short.
For other tooling mediums, including aluminium, we use local companies who specialise in both ‘pattern, cast & dress’ and ‘billet machine’ methods.
Where the project demands, we can use our 3D laser scanning facility to inspect tooling too.
