What We Do
We manufacture a range of doors aimed at the specialist Vehicle Builder. There are two distinct families within the range:
The "Xi Cab System" - specifically designed for public service vehicles. It is an internal cab door system to enhance driver comfort and security, whilst bringing benefits to the vehicle builder.
The "EX Cassette" is an external door which can be supplied within an outer frame, the vehicle builder simply slots the cassette into an aperture, providing a door without the need for further work - It's so simple, see news for our latest success.
All the materials used in the construction are both non-corroding and recyclable. A suite of five aluminium extrusions, with stainless steel fasteners and hinge pins are finished with a choice of face materials, most usually vacuum formed thermoplastics
