What We Do
Our 5-axis CNC trimming robots machine three dimensional items up to 3.4m x 1.4m x 0.75m. The latest machine, equipped with linear motors, moves at speeds up to 180m/min - the fastest in the UK! - (click here to find the news article on this machine). Two other machines are fitted with 4-head revolver units, allowing us to pre-load up to four different trim tools. All routers are linked to our CAD system, which gives us the power to convert customer models into trim paths in an efficient and highly cost-effective way. In addition, our small stand-alone autoteaching unit gives us the added versatility to teach small items without halting production.
