Using highly efficient technology and high performance machines, our skilled and dedicated staff operate in the best conditions, achieving production to the highest standards, in a wide range of thermoplastics.

All our principal machines feature quick tool change systems. They are all heavy-duty machines, with an extensive list of optional extras. This allows us to exercise a degree of control and automation designed to meet the most demanding of applications.


We typically work from sheet sizes of only 500mm sq. right up to 3000 x 1500mm, thermoforming ABS, acrylic, polycarbonate and many more materials in thickness' from 0,75mm to over 10.0mm.
